3-11 Nurse Supervisor – in Brockton,MA

Braemoor Health Center is currently accepting resumes for a Nurse Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – to work for our Long Term Care facility for a 3-11 shift
Position Summary The primary purpose of the LPN or RN Nurse Supervisor is to supervise the nursing activities of the facility during the assigned shift. Such supervision must be in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and as may be required Nursing Administration, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Requirements for the 3-11 Nurse Supervisor/RN Supervisor: 

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
  • Previous supervisory experience in acute care and/or post-acute care or long term care
  • Demonstrated strong clinical skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Familiar with long term care regulations, policies and procedures a plus
